Return Policy

Items purchased from bc2-design.com/nip-glide.com may be returned to our office for a full refund of the cost of the item if returned unused, in their original packaging and in saleable condition (at the full discretion of our teams) in 10 days. The cost of the item will be refunded to your account once the return has been received, no associated freight fees will be refunded. 

Once your request has been received we will be in touch with instructions and address details, usually within 2 business days.

Delivery time 

Orders will be processed and sent for dispatch the day they are placed, or the following business day for orders placed over the weekend. All delivery time frames are estimated, we cannot guarantee delivery within this time frame due to unforeseen circumstances. Estimated delivery time frames are as follows:

• North Island NZ: 1-2 business days. Additional 2-3 business days for delivery to rural properties.
• South Island NZ: 1-3 business days. Additional 3-4 business days for delivery to rural properties.

Freight & handling (Shipping) charges

Orders under NZ$20, pay NZ$4.50 for tracking shipping.

The shipping cost for the frame is only $11.50 for national wide in NZ.

Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes.

Direct payment (Manual payment)

This is the fast&best way to dispatch your order personally. Please make full amount of your shopping items into BC2 limited 02-0520-0216737-000 with your full name as reference. Email us with your order numbers and bank receipt. Once we got confirmation from the bank, we will dispatch your order right away. Takes 1-2 business days and we will send you the email with tracking numbers. This way your nip-glide will be automatically registered with us. 

Credit Card

We currently accept Visa and MasterCard. You will be required to provide your name, credit card number, expiration date, and the CVV number on the back of your card. 

Warranty Policy

All of our products are warranted for one year from date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship.

If we agree that the product has such a defect, we will repair or replace it (at our sole discretion) free of charge for you.

A repair may mean we will send you a repair kit or components which you can fit yourself. Don't worry - we’ll only ask you to do it if it’s easy!

Modifying a product invalidates the warranty.

The warranty is ‘return to base’ and not a free in home service. This means you'll need to return the product to us for service, at your cost.

what is not covered under warranty?

Our warranty does not cover claims resulting from misuse, abnormal use, overloading, general wear and tear (including cuts and tears), not following instructions, transportation damage (including airline or freight), lack of maintenance, negligence, fading, tyre punctures or corrosion as a result of environmental conditions.

If your product is outside the warranty period or terms, we will happily repair your product for a reasonable charge.

Any loss, consequential loss or damage to any person or property directly or indirectly as a result of using product is, expressly excluded.

The warranty is only valid in your country of purchase (as product specifications differ country to country, we may not have the product or parts).

Please note that tyres may mark certain floors or coverings, so take care when indoors or storing for longer periods. Care for your products with regular cleaning, and keep dry to avoid corrosion or mould.
