Holiday Season Delivery Deadlines & Operating Hours

  • the last date of pre-Christmas delivery for rural areas is the 15th of December

  • South Island is also 15th of December

  • North Island is 19th of December

  • Wellington area is 21st of December / Pick-up available till the 22nd of December

  • Rental service is available till the 27th of December 

  • Our office will close from the 25th of December to the 4th of January 2024

Delivery Time

Orders will be processed and sent for dispatch the day they are placed, or the following business day for orders placed over the weekend. All delivery time frames are estimated, we cannot guarantee delivery within this time frame due to unforeseen circumstances. Estimated delivery time frames are as follows:

 

  • North Island NZ: 1-2 business days. Additional 3-4 business days for delivery.

  • South Island NZ: 2-4 business days. Additional 4-5 business days for delivery.

  • Note : If it is a rural delivery, please contact us to organise a special delivery. 

  • Store pick-up : Store pick-up is available in Wellington. Allow us to prepare your order for 1-2 days. 

Freight & handling (Shipping) charges

The shipping cost for the NIP walker to :

  • Upper-North Island is $39

  • Mid-North Island $29

  • Lower-North Island $29

  • Wellington Region $19 and store pick-up is available in Wellington

  • South Island is $49

  • Cane holder: $ 5.40

  • Balance Cozy/Cupholder: $7.90

  • Cozy cushion, Tuck bag, Butler food tray: $10.90

Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes.

Return & Refund Policy

items purchased from bc2-design.com/nip-glide.com may be returned to our office for a full refund of the cost of the item is returned unused, in their original packaging and in a saleable condition (at the full discretion of our teams) in 10 days. The cost of the item will be refunded to your account once the return has been received, associated freight fees and credit card process fee will not be refunded. 

 

Once your request has been received we will be in touch with instructions and address details, usually within 2~4 business days.

Warranty Policy

BC2 offers an EXTENDED WARRANTY of one year for a total of 2 years on the nip-glide walker in New Zealand.

It’s our way of saying thank you!

The 2-year warranty policy applies to Escape 4 models delivered from 2021 July)

 

LIMITED WARRANTY

Your BC2 product is warranted to be free from manufacturing defects from the date of purchase under normal use and in compliance with the operating instructions.

This warranty is not transferable and extends only to the original purchaser from the BC2 online shop and is only valid when supplied with proof of purchase from an authorised retailer. Proof of purchase must be retained for this warranty. Within New Zealand., warranty conditions may differ from state to state.

The warranty is valid only in the original country of purchase. This warranty is subject to the conditions set forth by the country in which the items were purchased. Conditions may vary. 

BC2 will provide replacement parts or conduct repairs as determined fitting by the company. Some parts may be replaced with newer model parts as the item is improved over time.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Defects caused by misuse or poor maintenance; please refer to the product manual for guidance on item use and maintenance

  • Damage caused by improper installation of BC2 parts and/or accessories; please refer to the product instruction for guidance on the item and use

  • Damage caused by corrosion mould or rust

  • Damage resulting from normal wear and tear

  • Damage or degradation caused by the sun, sweat, detergents, damp storage conditions or frequent washings

  • Repairs or modifications carried out by a third party

  • Product purchased from an unauthorized retailer.

  • Second owners and users other than the registrant

  • Damage resulting from airline shipping and handling

  • Products Involved in an accident

 

BC2 reserves the right to determine if warranty terms and conditions have been met
