Return Policy

Items purchased from bc2-design.com/nip-glide.com may be returned to our office for a full refund of the cost of the item is returned unused, in their original packaging and in a saleable condition (at the full discretion of our teams) in 10 days. The cost of the item will be refunded to your account once the return has been received, no associated freight fees will be refunded.

Once your request has been received we will be in touch with instructions and address details, usually within 2 business days.

Delivery time 

Orders will be processed and sent for dispatch the day they are placed, or the following business day for orders placed over the weekend. All delivery time frames are estimated. We cannot guarantee delivery within this time frame due to unforeseen circumstances. Estimated delivery time frames are as follows:

• North Island NZ: 1-2 business days. Additional 3-4 business days for delivery.
• South Island NZ: 2-4 business days. Additional 4-5 business days for delivery.
• Note: If it is a rural delivery, please contact us to organise a special delivery. 
• Store pick-up: Store pick-up is available in Wellington. Allow us to prepare your order for 1-2 days.
