Modern look with More information & More Support

In these days, especially after lockdown, there is nothing you can not buy online. Food, raw fish, vegetables, bike, cloth, some medicines, wines etc. It saves time and hassle of travel. It is so easy and convenient except for those delivery fees.


Online shopping is the new normal now but it is still not easy for some people who don’t like buying things without checking what you are actually going to buy. I must say I used to be one of them.


I do however, feel comfortable shopping for ‘ZARA’ clothing online.

  1. If I order more than $79, I get free delivery.

  2. The offer good value for good design.

  3. There are plenty of nice pictures on their website of their clothing.

  4. If the clothing doesn’t work for me, I know I can return them and get a refund.

There is not much risk for customers as long as you are patient enough to wait next few days for delivery.


Many customers have phoned us and asked where they could go and look at our products. Unfortunately that is not possible for us across NZ, so we could feel we were letting the customers down.


We want BC2 to offer to our customers what ‘ZARA’ offers to me.


Firstly, we don’t have huge distribution in NZ so let’s make it free delivery across New Zealand.

Secondly, more pictures and more information for each product on our website.



Thirdly, more videos of the products in action in real life.

Fourthly, we also added a page of FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions) based on what people have asked us about our products. https://www.bc2-design.com/faq

Lastly, we are doing our best to support our customers. If you have any questions on products or you are not so sure how it all works, please do give us a call or using our chat box. We can even organise a video call or send you an easy instruction or video.



Our mission is simple - make high-quality mobility aid products that fit the needs of your life, while appealing to the sense of style you’ve always had.


We find it so rewarding to talk to customers directly. We are so grateful for all the support from customers and also our BC2 club members. :)
